I'm honored to initiate our Sacred Connection; our journey begins once you submit your complete Soul Questionnaire. Before our session, I will tune into your Soul Guidance—the gentle presence that has been with you throughout your life—offering ongoing support for your healing and growth. Your Challenges

Are you experiencing physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual challenges? If so, please describe your difficulties and rate their severity on a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being the most intense. Sharing details about the type and location of your pain—often focused around the root, navel, solar plexus, heart, or throat—will be helpful.

Exploring the Roots of Your Pain

Are you curious about discovering the root of your pain or life challenges? I want to help you identify and release painful experiences that may be blocking your progress, whether they happened in this life or past ones. By increasing awareness, letting go, practicing forgiveness and compassion, and recognizing patterns, you can find deep relief from sorrow and suffering.

Please share why you're seeking healing or guidance. If you'd like, include a brief affirmation that states your life intention—even if it feels distant right now. Examples include: “I am well,” “I am joyful,” or “I am loved.”

Thank you for scheduling your appointment with me. By scheduling you agree to the payment and cancellation policy as well as the session disclaimer, as stated below.

PAYMENT:

All payments are prepaid for the estimated duration of the session. If the session exceeds this time, the client will be responsible for the additional charges if they choose to continue. The remaining balance will be due at the end of the session.

CANCELLATION:

Sessions are refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment. They are non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment.
